Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civils and enabling works on a major £100m infrastructure project in North London. You will oversee groundworks, utilities and interfaces with design teams, subcontractors and the client, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to safety standards.

The role offers a permanent or freelance path, with salary £85,000–£120,000 plus a comprehensive package, depending on experience. Start date is ASAP.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering major civils, groundworks and enabling works packages.
• Strong main contractor or civil engineering contractor background.
• Experience managing complex utilities and infrastructure works.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and delivery of allocated civils and enabling works packages.
• Management of groundworks, utilities and associated infrastructure works.
• Coordination and management of subcontractors and site teams.
• Programme management, planning and sequencing of works.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Working closely with commercial, design and engineering teams.
• Managing client and key stakeholder relationships.
• Identifying and resolving programme, technical and delivery issues.
