About The Role:

• Plan, execute, and control projects following internal methodologies and standards.
• Analyze variances against plans to identify risks to scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate actions.
• Engage stakeholders including users, customers, and suppliers to maximize benefits.
• Develop change and engagement plans to foster necessary behavior changes.
• Seasoned IT Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Energy industry.
• Experience in delivering data platform projects, preferably Microsoft Azure-based, in Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience managing teams of 20 or more.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, championing the data platform vision and driving transformation.
• Ability to work from central London offices 3 days a week.
