DXC continues to significantly expand our SAP business in the UK and in Europe and are looking for SAP Data Consultants and leaders to be part of our team.

You are someone that actively wants to be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal from participating in the initial sales engagement through to supporting our delivery colleagues in the execution with your subject matter expertise.

You will have the opportunity to work across several accounts both in the UK and in Europe and across multiple industries.

We are a virtual first company so you will be based at home with minimal travel.

Due to the nature of our accounts, SC Security Clearance will be required therefore the criteria for this is that you will be a UK National who has worked and resided in the UK consistently for the past 5 years. We are unable to consider dual nationals currently.

The Role

Opportunity Analysis

·Understand the client context and requirements (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, post RfP)

·Validate opportunity by understanding the business challenges, current technology architecture and scope of work and how it matches to DXC’s capability and offering strategy.

Solution Design and Development

·As a SAP Data Consultant, your role will focus on advising, designing and implementing SAP data solutions using the SAP platform

·Develop the solution (S/4HANA greenfield implementation, rollouts, pure conversion, mix of conversion and greenfield, Next Generation SAP Application Management Services)

·by shaping, interpreting, and helping clients make data driven decisions to improve the business performance

·Work alongside the Technical, Enterprise and Solution Architects to lead the assessment and validation of requirements for data quality, data ownership, data readiness (Profiling, Cleansing, Conversion/Replication)

·Differentiate against competition in terms of price, quality, timelines, client effort, risk mitigation

·Share and advocate best practice, allocate and manage allowable cost targets for solutions

·Define all elements of the solution model in detail including

·Scope of services

·The target data model

·Delivery Model & staffing estimates including role, location, level and capacity

·Risk catalogue and mitigation plan

Solution/Project Delivery

·Deliver the solution (S/4HANA greenfield implementation, rollouts, pure conversion, mix of conversion and greenfield, Next Generation SAP Application Management Services) in a SAP functional data lead consultant capacity or as a Program Manager

·SAP Data Consultant will participate in SAP upgrade, implementation & rollout projects as a data lead facing customers business

·Engagement within international work environment

·Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP processes to the client

·Drive requirements analysis/blueprints/explore sessions using show & tell techniques promoting standard SAP processes, identifying gaps, getting those functionally designed, configured or customized

·Propose, develop or configure, document and test according to the functional and technical requirement by working closely with development team

·Build relationship and trust with client

Requirements

·Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Projects with an active role

·SAP business process knowledge and SAP data modelling or data governance experience

·Recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation

·Should be able to articulate and the role of data in the S/4HANA business case e.g., roadmap to AI

·Must know SAP Activate and Agile methodology

·Must know processes and configurations in the at-least one data application e.g., SAP MDG/UI, SAP WebDynpro, SAP PI

·Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications

·Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work

·Highly experienced in consultative solution building and delivery

·Experience in project/program management

·A Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus
