We Are Futures Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Project Executive to own project coordination and client communications across multiple accounts. You will work with Project Leads and the delivery team to ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery of high-profile campaigns.

You will manage timing plans, dependencies and risks, draft clear communications, and support new business proposals while helping the agency maintain best-practice standards and high-quality output.

Formación

• Experience in project coordination and client service with delivery ownership.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and maintain accurate project information.
• Multi-channel experience with an interest in digital.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day management of campaigns and projects, responding to client requests and maintaining positive relationships.
• Create and maintain clear project timing plans, track dependencies and deadlines, flag delays promptly.
• Provide responsive client service by understanding requests and agreeing clear actions.
