Job summary

We Are Futures Ltd. is seeking a proactive Senior Project Executive who will own delivery across multiple campaigns and coordinate activity with project leads to ensure on-time, in-scope and on-budget outcomes for high-profile accounts.

You will manage client communications, track timelines and budgets, and collaborate with strategy, education, creative and operations to drive quality and consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Executive, Account Executive or equivalent coordination role with increasing ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate project information and timelines; anticipate delivery risks and communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Create and manage clear project timing plans, dependencies and deadlines, flag delays promptly.
• Provide responsive client service, understand requests and agree actions, keep clients informed of progress.
• Coordinate input from strategy, education, creative, design and operations to support project delivery for young people and stakeholders.
• Liaise with external suppliers, consultants and partner agencies to ensure campaign delivery.
• Draft, edit and proofread clear content for project materials and communications.
