Job summary

Harbour Energy in Mexico City is seeking a senior Cost Controller to manage project cost control, WBS maintenance, and monthly forecasting within the Project Control System. You will roll up contractor cost reports, align with procurement, and report to stakeholders.

The role requires 5 years in cost control, experience with Pims and SAP S4HANA, and fluency in English with Spanish preferred. On-site position with strong cross-functional interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and fluent English; Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of cost control experience in oil/gas or similar industries.
• Experience with Pims (Pims Workflow) and SAP S4HANA is preferred.
• Strong cost reporting, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Knowledge of project controls, procurement alignment and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly cost overview and roll up contractor reports to plans and budgets.
• Maintain WBS in the Project Control System and support change control.
• Produce cash flow forecast and manage monthly accruals and invoices.
• Contribute to cost reporting to license partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement and ensure integration with finance systems (SAP S4HANA).
