CK Group is recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator to join a global healthcare provider serving hospitals, clinics, and homes. This is a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:
  1. Attend and produce minutes and actions for internal and client meetings, teleconferences, visits, and audits to support assigned projects or the project management team. Understand full scope requirements to generate all necessary project documentation.
  2. Receive, monitor, and manage client-supplied label text, randomizations, drugs, components, and materials, ensuring delivery to internal functions as required.
  3. Generate required documentation and liaise with the depot group for third-party depot setup.
  4. Manage inventory reporting, monitor, and track client inventory in line with project requirements.
  5. Set up clients on Fusion Suite, provide ongoing support, and manage passwords.
  6. Set up the returns phase of projects, generate, manage, and monitor IDRs and destruction processes, ensuring invoicing is completed.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Educated to a high level, typically a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, or a good educational standard with relevant practical experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a relevant business area is preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a commitment to providing high customer service when managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and experience communicating with external clients.
  • Performance-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, and inclusive.
