Our Client is seeking a Project Controls professional to shape reporting and data insights for a major UK energy infrastructure programme. You will influence decision-making, improve visibility of project performance and contribute to delivery on a nationally significant project.

Qualifications

• Degree, HND, or equivalent in a numerate discipline.
• Strong understanding of large, complex project lifecycles.
• Experience with data lakes, interfaces and data extraction.
• Advanced Power BI knowledge including DAX and Power Query (M).
• Data Analytics or Data Science capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating within complex corporate environments.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful project reporting.
• Produce monthly performance reports and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with PMO, Digital, Project Controls and Programme Data teams.
• Maintain reporting governance and adherence to reporting cycles.
• Monitor, validate and improve project data quality and consistency.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, risks and forecasts.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
• Translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Build strong relationships across programme stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and reporting best practice.
