The role involves managing and coordinating PMO and project controls services for designated projects within the PMO and planning centre of excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Applying project controls methods, techniques, and tools across various project complexities.
  • Leading and developing a team of professionals delivering project controls services.
  • Evaluating trends, communicating analysis, and implementing corrective actions in complex environments.
  • Applying knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls methodologies.
  • Managing medium to high complexity projects/programmes.
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams, creating plans, analyzing trends, and influencing clients and colleagues.
  • Developing talented team members and managing staff development.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in construction projects and/or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of project controls tools and software such as MS Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6, and RiskHive.
  • Understanding of construction/delivery lifecycle and sector-specific project controls.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.

You’ll also have:

  • Experience with process improvements and high-performing teams.
  • Resilience and adaptability in challenging situations.
  • Support experience in delivering PMO and project controls services.
  • Relevant degree (e.g., construction, engineering) or equivalent.
