Responsibilities include:

1. Managing and leading the implementation and delivery of PMO and project controls to support commissions.
2. Leading and guiding team members within the PMO and planning centre of excellence.
3. Creating and designing effective PMO and project controls frameworks and strategies.
4. Managing client relationships and providing expert advice on cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting.
5. Overseeing the development and management of project baselines and performance monitoring.
6. Mentoring and developing team members.
7. Supporting resourcing and recruitment efforts.
8. Promoting safety, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
9. Ensuring compliance with legislation and client requirements.
10. Supporting the company's net zero carbon transition initiatives.

Minimum requirements include:

1. Experience in leading PMO and project controls on complex construction projects.
2. Knowledge of risk management tools and software such as MS Office, Power BI, Primavera P6.
3. Understanding of construction project lifecycle and management consultancy.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., APM PPC, Chartered status).
