Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cross-discipline teams on high-value defence programmes in the UK. You will set up governance, manage Earned Value, risk, cost and schedule across the lifecycle, and mentor project controls professionals while engaging with clients and suppliers.

The role involves 2–3 days on site with UK travel, and requires Sole UK National security clearance.

Qualifications

• Have proven track record delivering projects in highly regulated sectors such as defence or infrastructure.
• Experience across the whole Project lifecycle in Project Controls.
• Experience in two or more Project Controls disciplines: Planning & Scheduling, Cost Estimation, Cost Control, Risk Management or Performance Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead cross-discipline Project Controls teams on high risk, high complexity projects.
• Define scope with exclusions, assumptions, interfaces and dependencies for WBS establishment.
• Manage Performance Measurement Baseline and change control with the Integrated Project Team.
• Collaborate with suppliers to align Project Controls data with contractual requirements.
• Ensure integration of scope, cost, risk and schedule and provide delivery insights.
