Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead the IPC team supporting HPC delivery. The role is permanent, site-based with a minimum of three days on site and two days remote, in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

You will provide robust analysis, assurance and reporting across cost, schedule and performance, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in project controls on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to integrate cost, schedule, risk and performance data for programme delivery.
• Strong background in estimating, forecasting and performance management.
• Experience analysing large datasets and turning insights into actions.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Produce, maintain and assure forecasts, estimates and project data.
• Ensure alignment between cost, schedule, risk, scope and performance information.
• Analyse data to support evidence-based decisions and reporting.
• Validate site reporting and provide independent analysis of project data.
• Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes and governance.
• Prepare and present data-driven reporting for governance forums and boards.
