Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Project Controller to lead integrated planning and project controls for defence programmes. You will develop IMS in Primavera P6, align schedules with milestones, and ensure cost, risk, and performance data support governance and client reporting.

You will contribute to bidding, baseline management, and IBR preparation while working in a secure, multi-disciplinary environment. A background in defence or regulated sectors is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Primavera P6 experience essential.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience integrating schedule, cost and risk data.
• Experience in secure defence environments.
• Defence, aerospace or regulated industry background preferred.
• APMG Project Controls knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with milestones.
• Monitor progress, resources, workload, and budget performance; provide KPI reporting.
• Support governance reviews, IBRs and client reporting.
• Assist bidding and early programme planning with schedule and budget definition.
