Qualifications

• Experience in a senior project controls role on large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate, consolidated assessment of the overall hospital project status at all times and provide strategic reports directly to the Project Director and Client.
• Implement and govern the project controls processes and systems across all sections and contractors, ensuring compliance with hospital-specific standards, safety requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Develop, maintain and oversee the integrated master programme for the hospital projects, ensuring all discipline programmes remain aligned and reflect progress.
• Lead the assessment of project risk and contingency, ensuring risks specific to hospital delivery are captured, analysed and managed.
• Consolidate resource requirements across the hospital programme through integration of all schedules, ensuring visibility of specialist and critical resource needs.
