Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking a senior Project Controls Leader to elevate cost, schedule and change control on globally significant construction programmes. You will lead a discipline team, shape scalable practices and mentor peers, blending strong domain knowledge with pragmatic technology.

You’ll work across data centres, infrastructure and high-tech builds, traveling to sites and clients as needed while championing collaborative delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A construction engineering background with solid capability in cost, schedule, and change control.
• Strong communication skills to engage teams and promote best practices.
• Proven leadership, coaching and development of teams in planning and controls functions.
• Track record of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that create positive impact on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the controls for cost, schedule, change and risk on one or more projects.
• Develop your team and educate clients to improve project delivery.
• Create scalable, repeatable best practices and tools with the team.
• Provide clear actionable reports to stakeholders to aid decision-making.
