Laminar Group, a leading construction-focused project controls consultancy, seeks a senior project controls leader to enhance delivery on complex projects. You will own cost, schedule, change and risk controls, and mentor a growing discipline team.

You will work across high-end infrastructure and building projects, collaborating with clients to implement scalable, repeatable solutions and drive measurable improvements in delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid capability in cost, schedule and change control with project controls processes.
• Strong communication and influence to engage teams and promote best practices.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and development of high-performing planning and controls functions.
• History of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions with positive project impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the controls for cost, schedule, change and risk on one or more projects.
• Develop the team both personally and professionally and educate clients to improve.
• Create scalable and repeatable best practices and tools with the team.
