Job summary

HS2 Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to develop and maintain an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality for HS2 Programme areas, analysing performance and highlighting trends to support decision making. It will also support controls governance and change management to ensure impacts to the baseline are assessed and managed.

The role focuses on coordinating project controls activities within the supply chain, tracking cost and schedule

Qualifications

Experience in project controls on programmes.
Experience in baseline development and maintenance of baselines.
Understanding of cost delivery and schedule targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality.
Coordinate project controls activities within the supply chain to assure data quality.
Analyse data and reports to provide insights and trends for decision making.
Manage correlation of schedule, cost, quality and risk to drive programme delivery.
Review supply chain programme submissions and update client schedules.
Manage risks for HS2 Programme areas with SME support as needed.
Support change management and ensure baseline impacts are assessed.
Coordinate Period reporting and ensure adherence to PMO processes.
Provide performance management and objective setting support to reports.
