Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality for a development area of the HS2 Programme. You will analyze performance against the baseline and flag trends to support decisions.

You will coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, commercial and PMO to deliver timely project controls reporting. The role also supports governance and change management, ensuring updates are reflected in schedules, cost models and WBS, while

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls on large programmes.
• Knowledge of baseline maintenance and change management.
• Experience with governance forums and performance reporting.
• Understanding of schedule, cost, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hybrid Bill programme change control activities.
• Monitor and report quality of change proposals to Head of Project Controls.
• Ensure changes are reflected in schedules, costs, and WBS.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for programme changes.
• Provide guidance and training on change management processes.
