Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Project Controls, Change Management, Commercial or Programme Management.
• Strong understanding of Change Control, governance, baselines and project controls.
• Knowledge of WBS, CBS, risk management and commercial processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent; professional membership or accreditation preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the Change Control process, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
• Coordinate and chair monthly Change Committee meetings, supporting informed decision-making.
• Maintain project baselines and ensure all approved changes are accurately implemented.
• Review, challenge, and assess change proposals, evaluating impacts on scope, cost, schedule, risk, and commercial performance.
• Produce timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting and management information.
• Provide guidance and support to Senior Project Managers, Change Owners, and Commercial teams on change governance requirements.
• Drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across change management processes.
• Proactively identify and elevate current and potential issues to the Senior Project Controls Manager.
• Ensure project control procedures & systems remain compliant with stakeholder & organisational requirements.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Project Controls capability, quality, and performance.
