Job summary

EDF is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead estimating across HPC programme areas at Hinkley Point C in Somerset. You will ensure accurate forecasting aligned with CBS/WBS, maintain control data, and report on risks, opportunities, and performance for executive reviews.

The role requires expertise in estimating tools, strong analytics, and ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership in a matrix project environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in project management, controls, or engineering.
• Expert in estimating with industry tools.
• Experience on major construction projects; nuclear industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex data to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estimating management across the programme areas.
• Produce forecasts aligned with CBS/WBS and ensure data quality.
• Maintain project controls data in EcoSys, P6, ARM, etc.
• Provide reporting and dashboard insights for programme reviews.
