Job summary

Rullion is recruiting a Senior Project Controls Engineer for a contract role at Somerset Innovation Park, Bridgwater, supporting EDF's HPC programme. You will act as a technical lead for Estimating and project controls, delivering governance and reporting across multi-year, multi-hundred-million projects.

The role requires nuclear industry awareness, advanced Excel, Primavera P6, EcoSys and related tools, and the ability to communicate complex issues to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in project management, project controls, engineering or related field.
• Expert in Estimating with tools and techniques to deliver project insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estimating and project controls across HPC delivery streams.
• Provide concise Estimating insights to support decision making and risk management.
• Maintain governance and timely reporting of Estimating data across the project.
• Collaborate with cost, schedule, and risk teams to ensure aligned outputs.
• Coach and guide others in Estimating management software.
