Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects in highly regulated sectors (defence or infrastructure).
• Experience across multiple Project Controls disciplines (planning, cost, risk, reporting).
• Ability to operate in uncertain environments and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline Project Controls teams on mid-range projects.
• Define scope with exclusions, assumptions, and interfaces to enable WBS creation.
• Maintain Performance Measurement Baseline and manage change control.
