nPlan in London is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead planning, risk analysis, and PMO activities on major construction projects. You will work across client teams, shaping how projects are scheduled and forecast outcomes with a data-driven approach.

You’ll engage with clients, mentor junior engineers, and help deploy advanced features including AI-enabled tools. The role blends remote work with periodic on-site visits to our London office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning, risk, PMO or project management on major construction projects.
• Experience transforming processes with clients, involving multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding large construction schedules (P6) and analysis methods.
• Proven track record implementing strategic projects to improve outcomes.
• Passion for using technology to improve the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, coaching them to maximise value from nPlan.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand needs.
• Set up products to deliver maximum value for clients.
• Manage strategic projects to improve embedding of products at client sites.
• Mentor clients on advanced features, including LLM-based tools.
