CMR is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls capability for major programmes across the UK. The role is full-time with a hybrid pattern: remote 2 days and London 3 days. You will own governance, data interpretation for SLT, PMB, KPI collection, and will manage cross-functional teams across time, cost, risk and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programme controls on large construction projects.
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading risk, planning, cost change control, and reporting teams.
• Experience managing teams of highly skilled specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and set up the project controls capability for a major project.
• Interpret monthly reporting data to support SLT decisions.
• Establish and manage the PMB and supervise KPI & progress data for monthly reports.
• Implement effective project governance, processes and systems across the lifecycle.
• Manage and co-ordinate the project controls function through the supply chain.
• Be responsible for integrating the disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, quality and reporting.
• Assure data quality and adherence to PMO policies, processes and standards.
