Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Project Controller to lead and implement robust project controls across cost, schedule, risk, and performance metrics for complex energy projects. You will advise Project Directors and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and customers to drive governance and reporting excellence.

The role emphasizes integration of cost, schedule and risk management with strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project controls on large-scale oil and gas, energy or industrial projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost, risk, forecasting and change management knowledge.
• Experience implementing project controls governance and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MSP, Primavera P6, Unifier or similar ERP/ARM tools.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Control Plan aligned with project objectives.
• Drive project start-up activities and monitor progress of project controls.
• Serve as primary point of contact for cost, risk, performance and reporting.
• Integrate schedule, cost, risk and change management to provide a full performance view.
• Lead implementation of project controls systems, tools, reporting methodologies.
• Provide project performance insights, identify trends, risks and corrective actions.
• Support governance forums and customer meetings with project controls insights.
