Job summary

Babcock International in Rosyth is seeking a Senior Project Controller to lead controls within complex manufacturing and nuclear projects. You will manage schedule, cost, and resource data for critical programmes and work within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6, earned value management, and integration of WBS/OBS/CBS structures. Hybrid working is offered with a focus on major UK projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls across full lifecycles (bid to closeout).
• Strong scheduling and cost control skills.
• Knowledge of earned value management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Controls team across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (Levels 1–4).
• Define, implement and manage project control structures (WBS/OBS/RBS/CBS).
• Ensure alignment between key project control tools (Primavera P6, Cobra, IFS).
• Provide regular schedule updates, metrics and cost forecasts.
