Job summary

Bimplus, an international, design-focused architectural studio in Oxford, is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead multiple projects across all RIBA stages. The role offers senior responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence design direction within a growing UK team.

The ideal candidate is ARB-registered with strong post-qualification experience, capable of coordinating design and technical delivery, managing programmes and consultants, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience.
• Experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages.
• Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills at senior level.
• Willingness to transition from Revit to ArchiCAD if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from concept through delivery.
• Ensure design quality, technical coordination and project delivery.
• Manage project programmes, consultants and internal teams.
• Produce and oversee technical drawing packages and design information.
• Act as a key client-facing contact across projects.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on project strategy and design direction.
