Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Architect in Leeds with 2–4 years PQE to contribute to a diverse residential project portfolio and to grow into project running responsibilities.

The role involves developing design proposals, preparing planning information, and coordinating with consultants while delivering through RIBA stages. ARB registration and strong Revit skills are valued for this position.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with 2–4 years post-qualification experience preferred.
• Residential project experience is advantageous; cross-sector considered.
• Strong design ability and planning process understanding.
• Experience preparing and submitting planning applications.
• Good knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop design proposals across residential projects.
• Prepare planning information and coordinate with consultants.
• Work through RIBA Stages 2 and 3 and assist delivery.
• Produce high-quality drawings and presentation information.
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
• Take increasing responsibility for project running.
