Your Role:
As a Project/Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the highest standards of architectural design through Stage 4-5, overseeing the production of comprehensive construction documentation for culturally rich projects. Your expertise in both Rhino and Revit will ensure seamless integration of design and technical detail, while your leadership will inspire multidisciplinary teams and drive innovative project outcomes. Candidates with experience in high-calibre offices and international projects, including exposure to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the production and quality control of Stage 4-5 construction documentation for complex cultural projects, including museums and performance spaces.
• Develop and manage integrated Rhino and Revit models, ensuring design accuracy and technical excellence.
• Provide design leadership and technical support across projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Engage in project coordination and client meetings, maintaining effective communication and relationship management.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of the practice through innovative design solutions and mentorship of junior team members.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong experience in delivering high-profile cultural projects from Stage 4-5, with a deep focus on construction documentation.
• Proficiency in both Rhino and Revit, with an ability to navigate complex design challenges and BIM workflows effortlessly.
• Proven track record of working at leading offices, with exposure to large-scale, innovative projects.
• Preferably, experience with projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or similar international markets.
• Right to work in the UK/EU is essential.
