Role & Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
• Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinate with consultants
• Present design concepts and manage client relationships
• Manage day-to-day project delivery
• Work closely with the Construction teams
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Contribute to the implementation of BIM (currently using Revit)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+/5+ years' UK experience working on bespoke and/or residential projects
• Strong design skills with a creative and innovative mindset
• Experience delivering projects from early concept to completion
• Able to work in a small team
• Confident in technical detailing and producing construction drawings
• Knowledge of JCT/ Contract Administration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
• Revit proficiency (BIM experience beneficial)
• The ideal candidate has experience in social housing schemes but it is not essential
• Ideally, Party Wall knowledge but it is not essential
