Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Architect to join an award winning and lively studio based in Central London.

Our client isseeking a project architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience. You’ll have excellent design and detailing skills with a proven track record of creating innovative design solutions where you will have been responsible for projects at all RIBA Stages. An ability to work well in a team and able to deliver projects on site essential.

Requirements:

• Must have good knowledge of Revit
• Excellent design ability and technical knowledge
• Experience guiding a team
• Wants to take on and drive projects forward with little day to day ‘hands-on’ guidance
• Ability to detail and independently produce architectural packages for Tender / Construction
• Experience working on workplace projects in the UK
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience of delivering projects through all work stages
