About Our Client

A local Surrey-based charity is looking to recruit a Senior Project Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be expected to manage and support the integration of a subsidiary's financial systems with those of the parent charity. You should be able to work at a strategic level and undertake significant hands-on work when required. Responsibilities include:

• Scope and plan the transition of all systems with the Head of Finance
• Deliver an agreed plan covering:

1. Transactional processing systems, including purchase order processing and payroll

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience in systems integration
• Ability to plan and lead projects
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Good time management and flexibility to respond to change
• Experience in merging entities
