Corus Consultancy Limited is seeking a role requiring you to lead a team of four Progression Coaches, ensuring high-quality risk assessments and SMART support plans for clients. You will deliver individual and group support across accommodation and local communities to build resilience and facilitate engagement in education, training and volunteering.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and conducting appraisals.
• Commitment to assets-based practice.
• Experience with homelessness, youth, or mental health challenges.

Responsabilités

• Hold line management responsibility for staff and undertake supervision and appraisals.
• Ensure high quality risk and needs assessments and SMART outcomes based plans and case files.
• Deliver one-to-one and group support in accommodation and local community to increase resilience.
• Lead on partnerships with local agencies, including statutory teams, to support client wellbeing.
• Involve clients in decisions and encourage participation in the organisation's community programme.
• Support clients to participate in Education, Training, Employment and Volunteering opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety and regular risk/health checks and reporting.
• Liaise with Finance, HR, Fundraising and Business Development to ensure smooth service operation.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance reporting to keep premises safe.
• Deploy and supervise volunteers who add value to the work.
• Support the service manager to recruit and induct new staff and model professionalism.
