Job summary

FlexMedical Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive multi-client projects in a regulated medical device environment. You will steer cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure delivery from contract through development to routine manufacture.

You will apply strong project governance, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication to deliver successful outcomes for complex IVD and POC projects.

Qualifications

• Be qualified in an engineering or scientific discipline to bachelor’s degree level.
• Significant project management experience within a contract design, development and manufacturing organisation in a highly regulated industry.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to engage senior client executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off activities and set scope, timelines and roles.
• Governance, reporting and documentation to ensure progress aligns with plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives within budget.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests with mitigation plans.
• Provide updates and bridge technical and commercial updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee revenue and cost tracking, ensuring customer outcomes meet requirements.
