Job summary

Curaleaf International is seeking a Director of Product & Projects to own and drive a global medical device programme. You will oversee day-to-day management, coordinate international registrations and complex cross-functional projects, and ensure EU MDR compliance across multiple markets.

Collaborating with regulatory, commercial and external partners, you will shape market expansion strategies and report progress to senior leadership in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Direct medical device experience with ownership of a device.
• Strong programme management across multiple markets.
• Working knowledge of EU MDR requirements.
• Experience compiling technical documentation and registration dossiers.
• Experience managing product registrations and market entries across territories.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of the medical device programme.
• Lead international product registration and new market entry activities.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects across multiple territories.
• Compile and maintain technical files, registration dossiers and evidence packs.
• Ensure compliance withEU MDR and market-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with Authorised Representatives and in-market partners.
• Support complaint handling, post-market surveillance and incident trend tracking.
• Develop scalable processes and systems to support future market expansion.
• Provide clear global programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
