Job summary

Redcentric is seeking a Programme Manager to lead one of our delivery teams responsible for cloud service projects for commercial and public sector customers. The role oversees projects from initiation through billing, ensuring smooth handover to support and alignment with bid, account, and presales activities.

• Experience managing multiple high‑complexity projects in shared service environments.
• Experience in line managing a team with performance management and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Successful project and programme delivery across Cloud services.
• Scope definition and stakeholder alignment to maximise project success.
• Escalation management to ensure best customer experience.
• Commercial delivery of high complexity projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality.
• Lead and deliver projects using various methodologies (AGILE/SCRUM/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Produce reporting across Delivery and Cloud Services groups for internal/external parties.
• Manage risks, dependencies and reporting at portfolio level.
• Ensure project documentation and governance standards are maintained.
