Job summary

SCC in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of cloud application, infrastructure and DevOps projects. You will drive high-quality outcomes across complex programmes in fast-paced technical environments.

You will collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams, manage risk and stakeholder communications, and promote Agile best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure and DevOps environments.
• Experience managing technical teams and multiple project priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Agile certifications such as AgilePM, PMI- ACP or PRINCE2 Agile (desirable).
• Ability to obtain the required Government and/or Police Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of cloud and infrastructure projects from inception through to delivery and handover.
• Lead Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and release planning.
• Work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, resources and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile best practices across delivery teams.
