Qualifications

• 7–10 years proven experience delivering consulting or change projects.
• Experience within blue-chip Financial Services organisations (Asset Managers / Asset Services).
• Experience on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or technology in Middle Office Operations.
• IBOR curation experience (in-house or outsourced).
• Experience with BlackRock’s Aladdin or State Street’s Alpha.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly successful client engagements and lead the Alpha team and contractors when needed.
• Develop strategies and high-quality work products within timeframes and budget.
• Deliver strategies by aligning diverse stakeholders and driving collaboration.
• Analyze client current state, create proposals, and implement recommendations.
• Conduct research, surveys and interviews to discuss organisational problems.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed on outcomes.
• Review processes and client reports, flag deviations from standard procedures.
• Stay abreast of trends in Asset & Wealth Management, especially Operations in Post-Trade.
• Identify opportunities for client/vendor relationships and business development.
• Contribute to the Operations Practice evolution and provide account management support.
• Mentor and coach junior staff as part of team development.
