Job summary

Schroders is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for its Wealth Transformation team in London. You will lead shaping, initiation and mobilisation of projects to enable growth, enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory readiness across the business and technology domains.

The role requires a proven track record delivering transformational projects in complex environments and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while managing cross-functional teams and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a project manager in a wealth management organisation.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of change tools and techniques and their appropriate usage.
• Proven delivery record of transformational projects in complex environments.
• Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams across multiple functions.
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
• Evidence of stakeholder management and ability to build consensus with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders including c-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the shaping, initiation and mobilisation of projects and programmes.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex wealth transformation initiatives across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and deliver business outcomes and maintain clear reporting.
• Consider enterprise impact and commerciality in planning and delivery.
• Manage risks, issues and dependency management across projects.
