Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager to lead complex energy retail transformation programmes, guiding clients from strategy to execution and shaping scalable solutions with AI and agentic capabilities.

You will own delivery across CX strategy, customer journey mapping, CRM/billing transformations, and operating model changes, while growing the Energy & Utilities practice and developing client proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of the GB retail energy market and related programmes.
• Hands-on delivery experience across CX, journeys and platform transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex energy retail transformation programmes from strategy to execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
• Drive business development and growth of the Energy & Utilities practice.
• Deliver change roadmaps and enable AI/agentic services in projects.
