Pure Talent Group is seeking a Senior Programme Delivery Manager / Portfolio Manager for Rail, Energy & Infrastructure, based in Warrington. The role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, managing commercial performance, and leading project teams to meet safety, quality and profitability targets.

You will work within NEC or similar contracts, support tender activity, and identify growth opportunities across Energy, Utilities and major infrastructure markets, reporting to

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery and performance of multiple infrastructure projects/contracts
• Managing commercial performance, budgets, forecasting, risk and profitability
• Leading Project Managers and wider delivery teams
• Managing key client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and operationally
• Working within NEC or similar contract environments
• Supporting tenders, bids, frameworks and work-winning activity
• Identifying opportunities with existing and new clients
• Helping the business develop its offering across Energy, Utilities and other regulated infrastructure markets
• Working closely with senior leadership to shape future growth
