Raytheon UK is seeking an Enterprise Programme Controls & Best Practice Lead to shape the maturity of controls across programmes in our Harlow site. You will lead enterprise controls and BI capabilities, mentor teams, and partner with senior leaders to drive improvements that enhance delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Controls SME with scheduling expertise.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with MS Project, Power BI, Power Query, MS Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management and project controls methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Enterprise Controls and BI capabilities (Dashboards, TWP, Connected Planning).
• Promote accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the Programme Controls community.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Programme Controls teams on tools, processes and ways of working.
• Support bids, programme start-ups, independent reviews and major re-baselines to ensure delivery readiness.
