Job summary

3Roc Technology is seeking a Senior Programme Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Lead for a major central government technology transformation programme. You will own communications, stakeholder engagement, executive briefings and presentation development, translating technical activity into clear business messaging.

The role requires exceptional English communication, experience with C-suite audiences and board materials, and the ability to work across technical and operational streams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading communications on large-scale technology transformation or complex change programmes.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical information into meaningful business communications.
• Strong experience with C-suite executives, senior leadership teams and programme boards.
• Active SC preferred, or eligible for SC vetting.
• Central government or public sector communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and execute the programme communications strategy and stakeholder engagement plan.
• Translate complex technical activity into clear language for non-technical and executive audiences.
• Create executive presentations for C-suite, boards and steering committees.
• Engage with senior stakeholders through maps, engagement plans, briefings and workshops.
• Align communications with programme reporting and delivery confidence.
• Maintain governance: standards, calendar, approvals and feedback.
• Lead communications on large-scale technology transformation or complex change programmes.
• Communicate milestones, achievements, risks, dependencies and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across technical and operational workstreams.
