Tangoo S.r.l. is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead consultative selling across EU markets and major verticals, driving international expansion and growth. You will own end-to-end growth and collaborate with the Delight team to ensure client success.

The role requires deep programmatic expertise, multilingual communication, and a track record of closing multi-channel deals within a high-growth environment. Tangoo offers a no-cap commission on net new business and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Digital Media.
• Proven track record of closing multi-channel programmatic deals.
• Deep network within major holding companies (Agencies) and Direct Brands in the EU.
• Ability to work autonomously in a matrix organization, reporting into global leadership while managing local market nuances.
• Programmatic expertise (or willingness to complete advanced certification within the first 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Identify and acquire high-value Direct Brands and Agencies, focusing on international expansion.
• Full-Funnel Consultative Selling: Move beyond channel-specific silos to present and sell the "Full Funnel Value".
• Market & Vertical Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for specific EU markets (Italy, UK, France, or Spain) and industry verticals.
• The "Success Story" Culture: Actively create and replicate winning strategies across markets.
• Collaborative Alignment: Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless handovers, high retention, and upselling.
