Job summary

PHD is seeking a Senior Programmatic+ leader to drive end-to-end display campaigns in a flagship account. You will guide a team, optimise client KPIs, and push for innovation across testing frameworks and audience strategies.

Reporting to the Head of Programmatic+, you will shape priorities, manage vendors, and develop talent while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high performing display team.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic display and OMG product targets.
• Ability to present and educate on Display concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with media, data and technology partners.
• Excellent organisational and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of display activity traded through Managed Service.
• Optimise client KPIs while maintaining brand safety and ad-verification metrics.
• Support Head of Programmatic+ to deliver trading deals and product targets.
• Lead audit and data requirements, ensuring accurate data input.
• Collaborate with vendors to secure priority access to new products and inventory.
• Provide development plans and training for managers and team.
• Drive innovation through testing frameworks and audience strategies.
• Develop best practice operations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Contribute to wider Programmatic+ leadership, shaping priorities and product development.
