Job summary

WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director of Programmatic to lead the programmatic media team across multiple EMENA markets. You will oversee campaign execution, optimize performance, and drive strategic direction across DV360, YouTube Ads and other major platforms.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with regional heads on integrated activation, and drive technology-enabled growth for key clients while managing cross-territory delivery and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programmatic accounts across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of DV360, Google Ads, YouTube ads and related tech stacks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programmatic accounts and optimize performance across markets.
• Own financials and commercial delivery for programmatic work.
• Partner with Social / Cross-Channel Activation Director on integrated strategies.
• Mentor team members and drive career development.
• Collaborate with Reservation Media and Investment teams on new platforms.
