Senior Programmatic Biddable Lead: Delivery & Strategy

Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd seeks a Senior Biddable Manager to lead end-to-end programmatic delivery for our most strategic client accounts in a senior, client-facing role. This position blends hands-on DSP work with leadership within the Delivery Team, reporting to the Head of Delivery and Product.

You will mentor junior staff, shape team workflows, manage vendor relationships, and drive new platform opportunities while representing the business in client calls, presentations and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' end-to-end programmatic campaign experience (planning, activation, reporting).
• Strong DSP background with The Trade Desk is essential.
• Experience with DV360 or StackAdapt is a plus.
• Experience across Display, OLV, DOOH, CTV, Audio and Native.
• GA4 and DCM fluency is a plus.
• Experience managing people and/or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Exposure to Paid Search / Paid Social is a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for strategic client accounts.
• Mentor junior team members and build learning resources.
• Shape team workflows and best practices with Head of Delivery.
• Own vendor and platform relationships and drive new opportunities.
• Lead Test & Learn programs and QA across the team.
• Represent the business in client calls, presentations and reviews.
• Contribute to new business pitches and agency initiatives.
