Job summary

Encore Digital Media, based in London, is seeking a Senior Biddable Manager to lead delivery for strategic clients, mentor teams, and drive platform engagement across omnichannel DSPs. You will optimise workflows, manage vendor relationships, and champion innovative solutions within the Delivery Team.

You will guide Test & Learn initiatives, oversee campaign QA and provide consultative support on setup and optimization across projects, representing Encore in client meetings and reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in end-to-end programmatic campaign activation, including planning, activation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery for strategic clients and collaborate with Account Teams to optimise delivery.
• Mentor junior team members via coaching, upskilling, and performance feedback.
• Own vendor relationships, onboard new platforms, and coordinate training sessions.
• Guide Test & Learn programs with clear business cases and oversee QA across projects.
• Represent Encore on client calls and quarterly reviews, delivering confident insights.
