Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Programmatic Manager to lead end-to-end programmatic activity across a portfolio of advertisers. You will own activation, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

This role offers significant client-facing exposure, opportunities to mentor junior team members, and a path to broader business initiatives within a fast-growing digital media business. Hybrid working environment in the London area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on programmatic experience.
• Experience using platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360 and/or StackAdapt.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, audience targeting, and reporting.
• Experience delivering performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across multiple advertisers.
• Take ownership of campaign delivery and performance against key objectives.
• Analyse campaign data and produce insightful post-campaign reports with clear recommendations.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and campaign structures across leading DSPs.
• Collaborate with commercial and account management teams on client briefs and project delivery.
• Support Test & Learn initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation across accounts.
• Contribute to internal meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team where required.
