L3Harris Technologies in Bristol, PA seeks a Senior Specialist, Project Engineering to lead day-to-day engineering execution for airborne telemetry, RF, and embedded hardware programs, coordinating cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The role collaborates with engineering, program management, operations, and customers to ensure disciplined execution from proposal through qualification, test, and production support, with security clearance as a requirement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of engineering experience or 4+ years with a graduate degree; or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in EVMS, cost and schedule performance tracking, ETC development, and IMS coordination.
• Experience in hardware/embedded system development in aerospace/defense or mission-critical apps.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day engineering execution within program guidelines and customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle to support complex airborne embedded hardware development.
• Manage cost and schedule performance, including ETCs and IMS alignment, to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
